Hi, I’m Meg. When you work with me you’re getting a mentor and a friend. I’m committed to my clients’ well-being, authentic expression, and personal growth. With over 10 years of experience helping people feel their best, I have culminated a multi-faceted approach that combines a range of holistic modalities to help you build a more aligned experience of yourself.

Your body is infinitely wise and speaks through physical sensations. You can begin to heal on a cellular level by learning how to listen to these sensations more deeply.
My Coaching Method
I’m here to help you come home to your body. By addressing the core foundational aspects of your mental and physical health you’re able to experience a new version of the self. My work centers nervous system health from both an emotional and functional perspective to ground the body in a receptive state for change and growth. From this place we’re able to effectively target and improve all other areas of health. Together we’ll learn how your body is communicating with you.
I hold 5 main pillars at the center of my work:
Nervous system education and tools for navigating the different autonomic states (fight/flight/freeze)
Movement and nutrition that supports the body’s natural alignment and nervous system state
Assigning sovereignty and personhood to the physical body
Developing awareness around all pieces of the self and working towards integration
Prioritizing pleasure, sensuality, and joy
