Reiki is a form of spiritual healing that works with your energetic body to clear out blocks and restore your body’s chakra centers. I’ve studied both Usui and Kundalini Reiki and utilize both in my practice.

My sessions are intuitively led and can last anywhere from 40-60 minutes depending on the client. I begin by briefly discussing any items that my client wants me to focus on and then guide my them through a grounding meditation to begin working on their energy body.

It’s normal to feel some light physical sensations such as tingling, temperature changes, and pressure. It’s also very normal to experience emotions and memories surfacing. My goal is always to create a very holding space where it’s safe to explore whatever is coming up.

I offer three tiers of investment out of a desire to keep my services accessible. Please choose the option that is in best alignment with your financial situation.

• Supported Access: I offer four spots per month at a lower rate for those who are financially marginalized. If you are interested in this option please email me. I work with individuals based on what they can afford within the range of $40-$60 for this offering.

• Fair Access: For individuals who are financially stable, who can pay fair value for the experience. $80

• Rebalancing Access: For individuals who are more than comfortable and desire to support access for others. $100
